About Journey of Hope
Journey of Hope is a progressive, supportive worship community that provides an alternative to traditional church. Friends and family members of people affected by these conditions are welcome here because they too are affected by these conditions. Continue reading about Journey of Hope…
PACC – People Affected by Chronic Conditions
We are all unique individuals, yet there is one thing we do have in common. We all share the experience of being affected, in some way, by one or more chronic conditions or caring about someone who is so affected.
About 25 to 30% of Americans suffer from chronic illness, including neurological conditions, brain disorders known as mental illness, addiction, autism, autoimmune disorders, and other chronic, visible or invisible, disabling or stigmatizing conditions.
